Personal Testimonies
We desire to share with the world what God has done for you at one of our events or what he has done as a result of your listening to our “Time in the Word” radio or TV broadcasts. To share a testimony with us, please click on the following link and send us an email at ipicm.testimony@gmail.com. Here are some recent testimonies others have shared with us.
Pastor Emmanuel Akintola, one of our partners in Sierra Leone, sent me the following testimonies. I will post his message as it was received.
1st. Testimony: The message about Sermon on the Mount has touched me spiritually. I am now afraid because I was full of grudge and bitterness for those who hated me and I never forgave them. I will never do that again because I have learnt that those who do not have a pure heart will not inherit the kingdom of God.
2nd. Testimony: I heard the message from IPICM. I heard Pastor Michael talking about some form of pride in Joseph and Job during their trials. That story has taught me a lesson that self-recommendation about what you can do or anything that is boastful about yourself is not the will of God. This kind of Bible teaching has helped me to get rid of such habits which I heard: that is pride and boastfulness.
3rd. Testimony: Hello, I am an old man but I have found it so easy to hear and understand Pastor Michael’s Bible teaching on MODCAR radio. I always gather my children and grandchildren to listen to this radio teaching on Sunday evening. This has paved the way for me to confess all my sins to God and ask Him to forgive me so that I will make heaven when I die. Thank you for these wonderful opportunities.
Recently, the production manager of Radio Shalom FM 89.5 in Kabala Town, Sierra Leone, sent us the following two testimonies:
“Hi, I am (name withheld). I never went to church because I am a Muslim. My only son was sick, and I was afraid. During the weekend I was thinking that the hospital will be empty since it’s not a working day, and my son’s body was seriously warm which made me torment. My brother was listening to Radio Shalom, while I was in that mood, so I concentrated on the prayer on the radio as I touched my son. After the prayer, in five minutes time, he was completely recovered. Now I am a friend of that radio, listening to the white man and I will start to visit a church.”
“My name is (name withheld). I am a born Muslim, my father and mother and all of us. I used to listen to every news on radio, because communication is power. I heard a message on the radio about spiritual warfare (a message broadcasted during “Time in the Word”) which was disturbing my entire family, including my brothers and sister. So, I accepted Christ by the leading of the man of God. I believe God will save me, and my name is written in heaven, and I will follow Jesus Christ though my parents don’t like that.”
A friend of the ministry, Evangelist Jared, currently living in Nigeria, testified to the following: “Your teaching has changed lives and turned people to God. The word of God has healed us from attacks of the enemy. Your messages have made smokers to repent and are now born again. Hearing the word of God has resulted in idol worshippers coming to God. Muslims are hearing the word of God and have come to God. A Buddhist lady has dumped her idol worship and come to God. We are thankful for you who allow God to use you. We are praying for God to use you in Nigeria and Ghana.”
What is truly interesting about this testimony is that IPICM is not yet directly broadcasting into either Nigeria or Ghana.
Pastor Joseph shared the following testimonies that took place during the Gbanka Potho crusade in February. He began with his own, very personal testimony:
“I had suffered from an issue of piles (hemorrhoids) for a period of 12 years. [I experienced pain and blood and had to press the piles back inside.] I thank God that I received my healing since now I don’t feel the piles anymore.”
Mr. Foday Mansary testified that “as Dr. Michael was praying, the power of God touched me and I felt something touch me. Thank God for his healing power. My constant headache is gone.”
“My name is Mary Bandy. Dr. Michael told us to touch any part of our body where there is
sickness. I touched my abdomen that was so painful. After the crusade when I reached my house, there was no more pain. Thank you Jesus!”
“Thank God I gave my life to Jesus Christ today. I knew he would take away all my burden as soon as I lifted my hand up and confessed Jesus. The Dr. prayed and I saw a bright over me. Thank you Jesus. My name is brother Conteh.”
A woman by name Fatmata Kalokoh also testified that she has been restored from pain in
her foot. She could not walk a long distance for the past 3 months, but after attending the IPICM crusade, the next morning she walked to the farm, about 5 kilometers, and returned back home without pain.
The woman that was deaf and dumb informed us through an interpreter, that every pain
inside her body was gone. There was no more pain. Praise God! This is her at work below. [While we have seen many deaf and some dumb individuals healed over the years, she was healed only from her pains.]
