Our personnel, like those with whom we partner, make up a diverse group. Each person serves from the heart as none are financially compensated for their endeavors. Please take a moment and learn about our leadership and how we can be contacted.
Dr. Michael Lanier serves as Executive Director (President) of IPICM and chairs the board of directors. A 1975 graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in management and marketing, he later attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, earning his MDiv in 1985 and his DMin (Christian Worldview and Cultural Engagement) in 2010. Michael ministered in the Texas prison system from 1995–2013, and the US federal prison system 2011–2014. He began his mission endeavors with a visit to Jamaica in 1993 and has since ministered the Gospel on three continents. He currently conducts pastor-leadership conferences, weekly radio broadcasts on multiple African stations, a weekly television broadcast across the nation of Zambia, open air evangelistic-healing meetings, and directs the newly formed IPICM Association of Churches.
Judy Ingram, a successful businesswoman, is the ministry’s Assistant Director (Vice President). Also, a member of the board of directors, she earned her BBA with a concentration in marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1979. “Mama Judy” as she’s affectionately known on the mission field, served as a prison minister in the Texas and US federal penal systems from 1999–2013. Judy has been committed to mission work since 2004 and is a member of a Southern Baptist church in Tolar, Texas.
Harrison Hunter is the ministry’s Administrative Director, a member of the board of directors, and one of the team’s principal evangelists. A 2007 graduate of Wayland Baptist University with a BS-Religion degree, Harrison ministers in US and Mexican prisons, various shelters, and several healthcare centers. He began work with IPICM in Jamaica in 2007. Harrison is currently the Missions Pastor to his Freewill Baptist Church in Gilbert, Arizona.
Peter Ots is the ministry’s Technical Advisor. Having earned his BA from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1987, Peter is highly gifted in the field of software application design, having worked with a number of platforms over the years. He’s also a published author in the computer industry. As a team member, he serves as the ministry’s media specialist. Peter currently serves in is Episcopal church in Grapevine, Texas.
Stephen Kaindu is Director of African Affairs and serves as 
the senior pastor for his church in Chingola, Zambia. He earned an advanced certificate in church planting and theology through Calvary Worship Center Bible College. Stephen is the General Secretary of Bethel Missions Church International and the Director of Bethel Orphanage Center. He also serves as Director of Global Ministers Fellowship Training Network in SADC Countries, and most recently, he is the founder and President of African Union Pastors Network (AUPN). His passion is for training Christian leadership and caring for orphans. Stephen is a citizen of Zambia.

This is an indiginous work that was found after the eleven years brutal civil war and Ebola that left many widows, ophans and disables. We are involved in training Christians for effective online evangelism. Interestingly, we are organizing an online conference called “Online Evangelism Conference.” This online event is being organized to equip Christians so that they can effectively evangelize online. We are also the founders of INOE. INOE stands for International Network of Online Evangelists.

From state Orissa INDIA. I was born and brought up in Christian family. At the age of 15years I accepted the lord as my personal savior. After my graduation B.Sc. I applied Bible College in Ban galore. After my B.Th again I applied for M.Div in Ban galore. After that I came to Andhra Pradesh for ministry. We have involved different activities in our ministry. I was married in May 29.2007. God gave me wonderful life partner. Her name is Theresa she sings wonderful songs. God has blessed us a wonderful male Son. We both are completely involved in full time ministry. We have a great vision for the unreached to reach and to touch the untouched. We are sharing the word of God many poor and needy people and lost people of Andhra Pradesh and state of Orissa India.
God gave us wonder vision through Mathew 28: 19-21. Fulfilling the great commission.
God is using us many parts of Andhra Pradesh state, Orissa state of India. We are winning the lost and reaching the every unreached village of East costal districts of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa state INDIA. Presently we are doing ministry in 185 villages. We are having many pastors under our leadership they are working with us.
We are keep reaching most interior remote villages small towns and sharing the love of God and planting the churches
So many people in India are still in darkness. They still don’t know about Jesus Christ. Through Gospel and with the love God and we are bringing them in to the light of Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ is their personal savior.
Many of our pastors are not getting any kind of source and they need financial support and they need good church buildings to conduct the regular service. In villages pastors are not getting any kind of financial support and the pastors facing many difficulties.
In the villages many of children’s are school drop outs and they are not getting any help from their parents and even in the villages mainly untouchable of low caste and in the community they have no rights to study with high communities. So none of them are giving hope and education.
We are now giving special coaching to the school dropouts and orphans children’s in 3 places with 287 children’s and we also giving food for them and teaching the love of God.
Our dream to have a children’s homes in different places and English school for them to have better future in coming days.

I am Pastor Mathai Cheriyan Mannucheril, the president of “Salem Assembly of God” in India, and the President of the “Action By Faith, Inc.” at USA. Both are registered and we have tax exemptions also and 501 c 3 as on Nonprofit religious and charitable ORGANIZATIONS.
Salem Assembly of God a church planting Ministry under AFLIATED with Action By Faith, Inc. USA. So we gave church planting ministry in India, Africa, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Shree Lange. We have all together an above 1000 locations under our leadership: That all are very rural and villages area. We need church buildings, Sunday school books for children and adult.. We are teaching the Full Gospel, and practicing the full doctrine of God, according to the New Testament writing very seriously. I am asking would you have place, and sources to financially help in our ministry as a grant or as a partnership. While our teaching methodology we will be not change because people are very blessed and this works going smooth.
Our people are growing. In India, many thousand villages are full of idol worshippers, and muscleman’s as well as other nations of our places. These villages’ are very cooperate with our ministry. But they have no Church building for gathering. Some place we have land, but no such finance to construct the church building.
We have this plane if we may able to help there aged people with aged homes, and children wit the children’s home, with primary schools of education, schools building and play grounds, and orphans homes and small Clinics facilitate that shall help more people come in Christianity.
We have plan for a partnership if any missions are willing.

Greetings to you in the wonderful name of our lord Jesus Christ! i would like to inform about our ministry and the activities of our ministry. My name is Pastor S.Chinna (Cornelius). From state Orissa INDIA. I was born and brought up in Christian family. At the age of 15years I accepted the lord as my personal savior. After my graduation B.Sc. I applied Bible College in Ban galore. After my B.Th again I applied for M.Div in Ban galore. After that I came to Andhra Pradesh for ministry. We have involved different activities in our ministry. I was married in May 29.2007. God gave me wonderful life partner. Her name is Theresa she sings wonderful songs. God has blessed us wonderful male Son. We both are completely involved in full time ministry. We have a great vision for the unreached to reach and to touch the untouched. We are sharing the word of God many poor and needy people and lost people of Andhra Pradesh and state of Orissa India.
God gave us wonder vision through Mathew 28: 19-21. Fulfilling the great commission.
God is using us many parts of Andhra Pradesh state, Orissa state of India. We are winning the lost and reaching the every unreached village of East costal districts of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa state INDIA. Presently we are doing ministry in 185 villages. We are having 350 pastors under our leadership they are working with us.
We are keep reaching most interior remote villages small towns and sharing the love of God and planting the churches
So many people in India are still in darkness. They still don’t know about Jesus Christ. Through Gospel and with the love God and we are bringing them in to the light of Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ is their personal savior.
Many of our pastors are not getting any kind of source and they need financial support and they need good church buildings to conduct the regular service. In villages pastors are not getting any kind of financial support and the pastors facing many difficulties.
In the villages many of children’s are school drop outs and they are not getting any help from their parents and even in the villages mainly untouchable of low caste and in the community they have no rights to study with high communities. So none of them are giving hope and education.
We are now giving special coaching to the school dropouts and orphans children’s in 3 places with 240 children’s and we also giving food for them and teaching the love of God.
Our dream to have a children’s homes in different places and English school for them to have better future in coming days.

we are from Kenya a community called the Ogiek, this community of ours are very marginalized and minority group of people, our homeland is the forest but we are now found on the road side since we were moved out of the forest in 1995 upto now we are left hanging on the road side, our Government does not even look upon us so were really undergoing several problems like lack of food, education landless and all our property was destroyed.
